Interior

• We will do a complete walk through of every room of your home. 
• Check for water damage to ceilings, walls and floors.
• Air Condition/Heating systems will be checked for proper temperature settings
• Replace AC filters as needed
• Visually inspect water heater for leaks
• Run dishwasher and washing machine monthly
• Check that refrigerator, freezer and disposal are working properly 
• Run all faucets, shower heads, tub spigots
• Flush/brush toilets to avoid hard water stains 

Exterior

• We will ensure your home is secure, all windows and doors are locked and there are no signs of forced entry or vandals
• Check outside hose bibs for leaks
• Check for storm damage
• Visual inspections of roof (from ground level) for lifted or broken tile
• Visual inspection of landscaping irrigation and pool/hot tub equipment
• Check for signs of insects or rodents
• Add salt to water softener and check for leaks (if applicable)
• Remove mail, newspapers or solicitations from front door and driveway 
• Sweep the front entryway to have the home appear occupied
